Xerox WorkCentre 7535 says "The Cyan Toner is Empty" but it's not

Hello, I can't resolve this. Tried a new toner and drum.
Vacuumed out a pretty large toner spill inside the toner cavity and drum cavity.
Stuffed a rag into the toner cavity and tried to clean the toner sensor contact by pushing it with my toner vac attachment.
Not sure how clean it is because I can't see it.
Took out the ITB Transfer Belt Unit and removed the Belt and cleaned it inside.
Cleaned the MOB Sensor strip like in the Youtube video.
Nothing is helping.
Anyone have this happen and have a fix I haven't tried?

Thank you. Can you give me any other info such as how to check it?
Also I see it is a motor and can I access it from the top or do I have to take the rear cover off?

Good idea is to buy service manual, so you can test motors from diagnostic mode.

Mainly motors are ok.
Toner auger is mainly problem.
You have to remove dispenser assy and then you will find a problem

Thank you I will check on the auger.
In the mean time, another person was saying that if the machine is set for metered toner and you put in a non-metered toner, it would not recognize the toner.
And if so would it show this message or would it say something like "non-metered toner installed?
And if it is a non-metered machine and you put in a metered toner it would also say this message?

If machine is set to metered toner it will work with metered and also with sold toners.
If mqchine is set to SOLD it only work with sold toners.
But then you will not get message that toner is empty.
You will get message toner cartridge error or something like that.

are you using original toner? or compatible toner?

if you are using compatible toner like me, then most likely the developer has ran out.
solution: replace the developer.
