Versant 80 - Color Missregistration on A3, later then also on A4

    Hi there

I have 2 V80 that have the same Problem at the same time. (Primary and Backupmachine..)

When you print A4, everything is pretty okey. When you print A3 (80g Uncoated stock) the Problem ocurs after some prints, for example 15 Prints.
The Colors get missregristered, i will attach pictures bit later.

On one Machine, we have removed ITB Ass. and cleaned it really nice and made a visual inspection and checked rollers for easy going. Because Belt was already 80% lifetime, we also replaced the Belt.
Then we did the Color Setup Registration and the Belt Edge learn. Machine runs like a charme, but has still exactly the Same Problem.

Next i have cleaned the MAB Sensors (from underneth) and redo Color Setup Registration again. Still the Same Problem.
Then i cleaned the CIS Sensors on Both Machines. (Was to lazy to do a setup recalibration on the CIS Sensors), but Still same Problem.

Most of the Drums are almost New from New Stock and they are around 80-90% of the Lifetime.

I have the following side errors in the Logs:
    Machine 1: 042-639 (2) / 089-671 (1) / 089-672 (1) / 010-635 (1) / 010-636 (2)
    Machine 2: 042-624 (1) / 042-640 (5) / 077-613 (6) / 089-671 (1) / 089-672 (1) / 010-635 (6) / 010-636 (6)

Specialy the 010-63X i have on both Machines, but dont find anything in my PDF Service Man.

Both Machines are around 2.5 Million Colorprints, so very equal usage. There are no open HFSI Counters only, Suc. Filters are overdue. Also all Developers are in good shape.
On the 2nd BTR we are using Metallic Rollers and we found, that this upgrade is really a good thing, because you can now fill your 2nd BTR really completey and dont need to replace it after 25% of his lifetime.

    Any Idea someone?

Here some Pictures, also one, when it starts:

Check, clean or replace fuser encoder.
Also check, clean or replace fuser belt assy.
You have problem fuser belt speed, so you have color misregistration

I did that like 1-2 Months ago, and replaced some parts. But i remember that i have changed first time the lubricant i use on both machines, the oil was out, so i used a "Fuser Paste" inset,
this could be the "Bridge/Link" why both Machines have similar Problem, after same amount of time. I'm almost a little afraid of what to expect there. I try to make Pictures, for the "Things you should not do" Book...

-> Any suggestions for a alternative oil? Had one from partsdrop in the past, but its out and out of stock at partsdrop.
