    Lost model number (XXXXX XXXXX)and serial number (empty field).

    Can someone help me?

    Csn you enter in diagnostic mode?
    Check dc132

    In diagnostic mode dc132 there is Machine identifier code. Requires passcode.

    How did the copier lost its data?
    Have you old machine configuration report?

    362-310-00 IISS / Scanner -Controller communication Fail
    322-352-00 Serial number lost/missing. A Password routine may be required to write serial number

    If you dont change any machine pwb then try to fix 362-310 error. Folow the procedure from service manual also for 322-352 error
    This 362-310 error can block the serial resincronization of the pwbs.

    The customer told me that he performed an nvm initialization. Could that be the problem?

    Ussualy no problem from initialization but big problem if he did switched or changed pwbs.
