Xerox Documate 4799 scanner

Hello all,

I am wondering if anyone has done any work on these Documate 4799 scanners? I am trying to repair one that is out of support and need the serviceutility.exe software which the service manual calls for but cannot find anywhere to get it. The machine appears to be a Panasonic under the hood but there has been no joy for my request on the Panasonic Forum.
