Xerox stock library manager problem

I’m looking for some help please.
We have a Xerox versant 3100 with fiery ex 3100
our problem is that we can not get the stock library to connect to the machine.
so we can not tell the trays what paper is in them.
Is there a guide on how to insure that the stock library is setup correctly.
can I get this Stock library manager anywhere to download and reinstall?

Before this check the printer ip = 100.100.100.101 and Fiery ip = 100.100.100.102

mid the cross over the ck leads? Or the scan wire?

So I’m trying to understand how it works.
the fiery command workstation is working and we can load a job and print etc
where does the stock library take a reading from or how does it connect and get its reading to the Xerox 3100?

Also as Adriansto said check that versant ip 100.100.100.101

Fiery communicate with V3100 using ethernet crossover cable for Stock library.
On Fiery the top ethernet port is for connecting to your PC/network and the lower ethernet port is the place you connect the crossover cable. The other end of crossover cable goes to V3100.

What firmware level are you at on the 3100? What Fiery software version are you running and have you done Fiery patch updates?
