    Faint copies on the bottom

    Hi Techs

    I have a xerox wc 7855 producing faint copies on the bottom I have changed all 4 developer units, developer materials, Drums, 2nd BTR, Fuser unit but copies are still the same even when I print solids pattern in diagnostic all colors are affected what could be the problem I have attached the copy of the print out

    Old machines. What about cleanning the ROS ( inside too )

    Yes you have right. Panic stop when print A3 size paper and check image on IBT. If image is NOT ok on IBT same procedure and check image on drums. If ok on drums then must check 1st BTRs or btr hvps.

    I have tried hvps the problem is still there

    Try to see the image on drums and ibt as I said.

    It looks like drum problem. If they are fine then transfer belt assembly but I would start with drums first

    If you have same problem for all colors on internal test print then check back up roll in ibt assy or replace ibt assy

    The problem was the transfer belt thanks for the concern
