    error 093-311 workcentre 7132

    posted a few days ago about an error code 093-311 in xerox workcentre 7132, I received some assistance but can not yet solve the problem. already cleaned the sensor of the set of develop, already fucked the main switch and do not succeed, ask colleagues who have knowledge in this equipment to help me solve this problem.

    try removed toner cartridge and power on machine ,is it the same code appears? if no means toner cartridge slot out of position..good luck

      there is an NVM reset to reset this code , after that , replace the whole developer unit , and would take care of the issue.

        hi,
        no need nvm reset required for this code. just clean rotary assy sensor. open right site cover then remove lvps u can see this sensor behind lvps at right site.
        your machine rotary assy is not reaching at there home position . when ever you start the machine rotary assy move. check the sound of rotary assy when power on. if its sound four time after power on then it will be works ok.
