Problem Drum Cardride DC1632

Hi,

i have a Problem with the drum cardrides from this Printer.
After random copies it begins to print a point to the paper in several colors.
sometimes in red or in blue.... (i hope u know and understand what i mean)
the curious is: if i clean the drum cardride the point is there anyway.
and i cant see any dirt on the drum, so from what did the points/spots/stripes come?
is it the drum cardride, or is it an other part?
and how to clean the drum cardride the right way? it cant be possible that it is defect after around 4000+ copies, or?
