    03-380 on DC12

This DC12 has been coming up with a consistent 3-380 fault, if I bring out the IBT assembly and do some cleaning, it works, but only for a while before it comes back with the fault. Please what else can I do???

This Parts & Service manual can now be purchased for $11.77 and downloaded immediately after payment from The Internet's largest collection of manuals

Thanks Paul, I have it already, what I need is someone's hands-on practical tip (beyond the service manual RAP) on this.

Have you tried replacing the TR0 sensor? If the sensor is good, is it possible that the belt is moving out of position? I had a similar issue with a DC2060 IBT belt, it is not the same type, there is no guiding strip in it, but anyway it might be the same problem.
