I'm happy for your care, is synonymous with professionalism. Anyway I am holding the 2 blocks that should contain the mirrors. Those who are under the scanner. I can open them with care and clean them? There is a big label that warns me that there are some laser radiation. I must have some precaution?

you might need to clean the ros window and load the latest software on the machine.

toner cloud is the root cause of this problem it has been corrected on dc252

    regards

I've just cleaned the mirrors and I remounted the lasers. Since the machine is open I wanted to take advantage of ros also clean the window, saw that the mirrors did not seem dirty. I would not have done all the work for nothing. I just do not know where.

if you cleaned the ros and still no difference then the next possible place to look at is the developer housing.check see if there is some line/blockage of toner.
