Hi experts,

I have encounter a problem 004-350 recently. This error code means "marking device video failed"

I have replace the following items but remains same problem.

1, MCU - PWB
2, board below MCU
3, cheCK all connectors
4, swap ibt belt

Can anyone please give advise what need to do?

Can be a faulty drum connection - usually black drum front connector not seating or faulty when IBT belt is latched into position.

Hi guys, sorry to update the result so late.

The problem was solve by replacing MOB sensor.. I still figure it out why this thing can caused this code..

Anyway, problem had been resolved.
