I only changed pick up rollers in tray 4. After that it shows this problem. I want to make 1 copy but tray 4 picking papers continuously and then paper...Leave a comment:

Bizhub 654e picking 3 papers from tray 4 simultaneously instead of 1
Hi,
I am facing wierd problem. When i copy or print 1 page from tray4., It picks 3 papers one by one and jammed.
Why tray 4 pick 2nd paper....
