I'm dealing with a persistent issue on a Xerox VersaLink C7130, showing the following error:
062-311 - IIT Software Logic Fault
I've already exhausted all available resources, including thorough guidance from ProLibro, but the problem still remains.
To troubleshoot, I had a perfectly working VersaLink C7130 right next to the faulty one, and I methodically swapped all relevant parts as recommended in ProLibro, including newly ordered components—still no change.
Steps I've taken so far:
- Swapped IIT assembly, scanner board, and cables.
- Replaced HDD and RAM, assuming it could be software-related.
- Performed firmware reinstallation and software resets.
- Checked all connections for bent pins or damage — everything seems clean.
Despite all of that, the 062-311 error still appears on boot.
At this point, I’m starting to suspect a board-level issue (maybe ESS or SBC board) or possibly a corrupt/incompatible firmware load, but I'd really appreciate insight from anyone who's dealt with this specific error or can suggest an advanced-level solution.
Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
