I can not remember right now but you can solve it with "print skew head adjustment" from service mode. You just hit reset and do the stabilization... -

C458 with DF-704 Error Code C9403
I have 9403 on C458 I've changed the CIS cable and it not solved my problem. Should I change the CIS or CIS board?
