wanna ask you about CE reset procedure, i have account in Infohub, but this email and pass not going on license server where i can issue reset code for CE pass. Am i do anything wrong or my account level is not enough to enter in license server?

Hi,
that's quite normal.
From infohub (Support -> Services -> iOption (...) -> Connect to licence server) you should have access to basic iOption functions: generate, deactivate, repair, product certification... and that's all.
Other options are available for country level or regional KM offices. Everything depends on access levels. But in other regions (like US) it may look different.
