After reading this it looks like the ISC fixed your issue and the engine board fixed the other person's issue. I can't find an ISC board in the parts...Leave a comment:

We didn't check that because it does it on the glass also so we just assumed it was scanner related. I will ask the tech if he did 411, I wasn't ther...Leave a comment:

We did firmware and attempted to adjust the scanner but it didn't change anything. 70ppm+ machines all come with the same feeder, you can't put a different...Leave a comment:

7052ci scanner scanning wrong colors
We have this 7052ci that scans colors wrong, meaning they are trying to copy blue and it comes out green. Prints are fine and we scanned it to a flash...
