Canon C2230 with jam code 010D
I have a customer with a C2230 with only 94475 pages on it that is suddenly giving a jam code of 010D when making double sides copies. What's strange... -
Adv 4045 jams
Customers Adv4045 is jamming every copy, single sided is jam code 0109, 2-sided is jam code 010D. I don't see anything out of place, any ideas?
