when i push user tools button, the display is empty (nothing) excepted...

Hi Guys

Any ideas why a AF2035 will not detect its duplex unit. Replace duplex unit and still the same. I do not want to order new boards...

everytime I perform the sp-2-805 the machine shows the sc-990. And even when the machine finish copying the appears.

The machine shows black lines in the copy, and then appear the sc-326. I've changed the laser unit and the problem still continue.
what it can ...

The machine don't identify the printer board and i've already changed it and the controller board. Does anybody knows what can I do?
