I am getting intermittent j12-01 (from tray 2) and the odd j99-01.
Lone behold after...

really struggling with a C554 thats jamming j99-01 and j32-05 every few copies, its on latest firmware and is doing it from all trays....anybody... -
Bizhub C552 J99-01 out of tray3 only
as the title says jamming only using Tray3 with J99-01 - points to incorrect paper size/type. They are only using 8&1/2 x 11 plain paper. problem...
