Hi.. I've just replace the new drum but the machine still sending message "replace photo conductor unit". please help me to clear the message....

I try to enter SP mode by pressing Clear mode > 1 0 7 > Clear/stop but nothing happen. Please tell me how to enter SP mode in this...
