To reset the I.U.'s on the 3102 you will have to buy a chip resetter.You can find one on the copytech site. An older 1501 or 2001 can be reset with a fuse. A gradation adjust is on the tech rep screen and can be run to adjust some color, you will need to use 11x17 to run it, and you will want to run it about 5 or 6 times, just follow the instructions on the screen. Go to test prints to run test pages for each color, you may have just one color leaving toner on the edges. Good Luck
