On a Canon ImageRunner C3170i I can not get the network card to give a reply and I can not ping anything from the machine. I can get the machine to print from the usb but not from the NIC I give it a correct network address but nothing happens. Sometimes when running the ping from the pc and restarting the machine I can get 2 replys on the ping but that is all. Does anyone have any suggestions. I have turned off the usb but still nothing. Please help!!!!!
