How do I connect my Ricoh Aficio SP1000s to my new MacBook Pro? (I am not sure what OS it is, perhaps MAC OSX)
Mac is suppose to search my printer (directly connect by cable) but when I attempt to print nothing happens.
I obviously needed to download the driver, so I download from Ricoh official site a Ricoh printer drivers file(dmg pkg). The selection of printer listed should be longer but I dont see any ricoh printers series listed (under Mac add Printer list or pop downlist). I have a stuffit expander 2011(free download version ) which I understand I need to uncompress the file. Does Mac has its own decompressor software.
