KONICA di3510 SKEWED IMAGE
My image is skewed very bad both from the scanner glass and from downloaded printer files. All three drawers do it the same as does the bypass unit. Horiz. okay, vertical off by 4mm. Checked rollers and transfer unit to see if it wasn't positioned correctly, all okay. This started happening within the last 2 weeks, worked perfect up until then. I'm not a technician but own 3 konicas (2 color, 1 bw) and have been able to repair and service them with no trouble, but this one has me wondering if it is a board issue. Any help would be appreciated
