i have just installed a colorpass z400e on my clc 1180. i have installed the printer and interface board into the copier, but it will not recognize that the rip is attached. i went into service mode - options - int-face and tried to change B-CLR to "1" but it will not change. it justs keeps resetting to "0" value - no controller installed. any ideas or suggestions?
