hi first post for a while. any help appreciated. i have been fitting a fax option to a konica c353. everything fitted correctly performed the fax initialisation and set the fax target to GB, when setup is performed the machine comes to ready. Then a min later throws up an error code c-b116, in the manual this says there is no communication between the machine and the fax board. does antone know if i have missed something on the setup or i have a faulty fax board. i know the fax board is connected properly the lights on the fax pwb light up, yet still this error code keeps
