Paul, it's OK you killed my rep power permanently.. As it is, I'm socially awkward anyway and not widely accepted, but my company likes (and uses me) that I put calls to rest in record time with almost no call back. I think that's good enough for me, especially since I started in the copier industry less than a year ago.
