I'm having a problem with a Kyocera TASKalfa 3552ci the customer is getting ghosting problem when doing multiple copies of 20 sheets or more anything least then that are fine all the firmware is up to date. I have change the primary transfer unit and run multiple no problem and the problem returns in a week or so. Dose anyone have a suggestion on how if this problem
