Canon ir5000 paper jam in the finishier with 2-1134-2

this copier made jam(s) in the Center feeder assembly over the big wheel(FB4-5388-000).
some one told me the causing of paddler's shaft and 2bushings but
the paperjam seems like before the paddler shaft.
and the swing guid is moving when the finisher is in initializing.

    Please help.
    thanks in advance.

    Problem :
Finisher jams with jam code 1134 could occur due to excessive pressure of the shaft (FB3-7288-000) and the front and rear bushings (FS5-1805-000).

    Solution :
Remove the shaft (FB3-7288-000) and polish both ends so that they will turn and move freely inside the bushing (FS5-1805-000). These parts are pictured inJam code 1134 can be cuased by the swing guide not opening. A quick way to check the swing guide is to turn the copier off and on. When the finisher is initializing the swing should open and close.

    Solution :
When the finisher is initializing if the swing guide doesn't open, it has been found that PI18 can cuase this problem. Page 2-27 in the finisher manual shows a figure on the swing guide. PI18 part number is WG8-5364-000. the parts catalog on page Q37 items #5 and #23.

Also look at the loose fitting feed belts:

E000584-0001. Also misfeeds (jam code 2-1134-1, 2-1134-2) in the finisher F1, before the stapling tray. A paper feed belt is doubled up over the stapling tray. If the belts are intact, re-position the paper feed belts. Otherwise, replace the paper feed belts (FB4-6656-000).

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
