Hi,

Duplex mode is twisting the paper and for these reason the image.

It seems everthing is right, I cannot see anything broken. Does anyone know the problem?
A4R it is working right.

You might want o make sure the Arm, Flapper(FB5-3394-000) is not cracked. If it cracks it does put enough pressure and the paper shifts when going into the duplexer. Look on Figure #351, item #8.

Check the steel roller that is on top of the foam roller on the duplexer where it exits the duplexer.

The ends of the roller get worn and pop out of postion

Just about every roller and guide in that duplex unit could be a suspect for skewing the paper at this point. Have you pulled it apart and inspected everything?
