Hi Check in service mode Dens the value for each individual colour. The normal value would be between 0 and 1. If you have a colour with a value around 4 or 5 you have an issue with the toner/starter concentration level for that colour. By replacing that Drum Unit you will temporarily resolve the issue due to the Developer Assembly being incorporated with the Drum Unit, To resolve this issue replace the Toner Cartridge Drive Assembly - FG6-8999-000 and the corresponding Drum Unit. Before replace those parts, check if the Toner Cartridge is supplying or not the toner due to the broken inside stirrer. Thanks
