When paper is stuck up inside/ it can be difficult to remove
with unit removed/ release the locking handle-to release pressure of rollers/

u may be able to remove paper then/

DO NOT TURN THE WHITE GEAR TO WIND OUT PAPER/
IT WILL ONLY RE-WRAP PAPER IN UNIT


If u are lucky with this, u will need to clear the error in service mode

COPIER>FUNCTION><CLEAR>
ERR
Clears error codes.
(Cleared error codes: E000, E001, E002, E003, E719)
Operation = Select this item, and press the OK key.
Turn the main power OFF/ON.
