    c1 e020 errors

ok guys, i know ther have been many posts and tech pubs regarding e020 errors which relate patch sensors. Heres the problem i have. E020-0484, eo20-0284, e020-0385, eo20-0185....goes to all colors, no apparrent rhyme or reason.

have tried the following: developers, patch sensor, dismantled and lubed sl-7, ans sl-8, (although parts check on these indicated no issue) new primary, cleaned atr, dc ram clear...drum has 25000 copies on it and produces a great print. machine will make no more than 4 copies, then errors out.

    any ideas?

Thanks Zolraldinho...turns out it was indeed in SL-8. The plastic catch on the plunger was cracked and not catching the pivot on the solenoid. It explains everything. Simple fix after hours of very frustrating troubleshooting! Thanks again for the help! You rock....
