How many gears u plan on replacing ?

After installing updated gears { FC6-4389-000 & FU6-0776-030} or installing updated Paper Pick-up Assy. { FM2-3320-050 } machine may jam instantly when trying to use cassette 2 .

By only updating cassette 1 Paper Pick-up Assembly a mis-match can be created created. To resolve this issue Cassette 2 Paper Pick-up Assembly has to be replaced with an updated Paper Pick-up Assembly { FM2-4484-010 } which comes with Six additional teeth in drive gears to speed up drive and to reduce the chances of delay jams.

Please note: Gears in cassette 1 Paper Pick-up assembly will not work in cassette. 2 Paper Pick-up Assembly.

Removing the Cassette Pickup Assembly
1) Detach the cassette rear cover. (2 screws)
2) Remove the five screws [1] and one screw with toothed washer [2].
3) Disconnect the three connectors [3], and then remove the cassette pickup assembly [4].
