So with the info given , its a safe to say that if I have a 50 series on a cassette ped, i will have to do this adjustment as standard ?

I've started getting issues with 35/45's where the belt displaces to the front so I get the75 error. These machines have only done 75 - 150 k so the ITB must be good. All have cass peds on all of the machines. Has the adjustment to the feet of the peds been a success ? . Canon Europe seem to be months behind Canon US....

It works. CHECK the other areas first.
Pedestal adjustment was the first solution released,
then they were providing replacement assemblies.
They have obviously found all these other issues on the returned assemblies

Yes, can re-affirm this information has helps a lot in resolving E075. We carry leveling-gauge to measure the machines' 4 corner whether it on stable ground. Now I basically use the Service Mode value to ensure it reach as close to value of 0 as possbile for "ITB-POS"

i had 1 unit reaching half million runs without any E075.

Canon USA tech info in general seems to be a lot better as well.

Back on topic
The transfer belt assembly is not available as a complete unit in the UK as far as I know because its considered a "controlled part"
