Once I have a problem with Irc 2380i always jam in the duplex mode, the sheet was one half outside machine and the other half inside 2nd 3 rd delivery assembly, I checked the connectors and cleanned the sensors and the machine worked ok again until now.

Check paper quality.Do you have jam from all cassetes?could be guide sticking.

Yes Paper Jammed from All Tray & Jammed between 2nd 3 rd delivery assembly.

010A Jam only While Duplexing.

This jam can be caused by the tab on the second delivery flapper being damaged or broken, preventing the flapper from operating correctly. The part number for the flapper is FC5-1003-040.

also--Check the One-Way (FU5-3018-000)on the back of the A1 unit. ( located on the Right Door)

how do u know the one-way is functioning properly ??
test turn by hand=not a true test

i have a similar issue with a 3035 that was crazy dirty... took me a good four hours to clean up.

changed out the cleaning roller and fixing web.

before it was cleaned paper was jamming at the fixing unit, now it is only occasionally jamming at the fixing unit during a duplex... other than that it prints fine.

i also replaced all of the paper that was being used.

any suggestions for a duplex jam at the fixing unit? thanks.

also you can check inside the inner two way unit and see if the flag came out of place
