Please i want your help i have a problem with the machine IRC3580I that the message still appear " insert drum cartridge bk " although i change a new drum bk

what is your Firmware ver. ????
how old is the ITB Assembly ////

Check if the conductive bushing on the front side of the ITB assembly for the transfer roller is cracked.
This part cannot be ordered. Replace the ITB assembly. Part number FM2-5522-030.

The problem could be related to a broken, loose, or missing drive drum coupling.
In some cases the drum drive coupling was dislodged from the black drum drive shaft. This prevented the drum from rotating and caused the machine to display that the drum was not installed.

3- i want to tell you that the ITB assembly have a problem that the cleaning assembly make a high sound when cleaning and before it makes a problem that stop rotating the ITB assembly and give a white copy

I would replace that ITB Unit along with the ITB Cleaner
