Help! Unit in (customer service dept!) down! iR5050, can ping but no remote UI.
I can get to service mode, copier,functions,clear,err,ok.
'OK' does not seem to actually depress and screen either goes black (powered cycled it, repeat) or back to error screen (pressed shutdown, screen goes black, power cycle, repeat.).
Errors not clearing.
When powered up you hear clicking like trying to feed., no jams found anywhere, all tray loaded (not too full).
Not even on long enough to get warm (but not stone cold).
Had power out in building on weekend but copier seemed to run with out a hitch. Maybe it caught up with it?
I also unplugged unit, waited full minute, powercycled, repeat, same results. Errors not clearing, screen goes black.
Once and only once it said error code e000001-0200 but screen went black again and back to same cycle.

Hoping it's just a timing or sequence issue, appreciate any tips. No service available.
