Hello Dear, I have problems with both my Dp 460e- the LCD screen does not come on but the other lights on the control panel are on. For the DP 21s the screen comes on with no information I noticed that of the three Leds on the control board only the green comes on the yellow ones do not come on.

Please help me solve this problem.
