From the service manual:
When the developing motor/M
(M21) is ON, the maximum
detection value of TCR sensor/
M (TCRS/M) is the specified
value and the difference
between the maximum detection
value and the minimum
detection value is over the specified
value.

Call a tech.

You can use Toner Density return mode. Which is in Sensor output check.

If the reading offending colour is higher than 220 the the Density is too undertoned to work and bombs out, so manually pour in toner thru the hole and stir the dev unit using Developer charge mode.

Now try Toner Density Return Mode the reading will slowlly fall in value to approx 128.

Also check that all the toner bottles have toner in them.

This problem existed in ver. 20 whenever you used 300gsm the machine did not add anytoner while printing, only at the end of a print run while adjusting.

C-245x

This was then resolved.with a special FW Ver.GC0-20(Based Version:G00-20).

This problem has not showed until lately I might have to confirm with PTSC & BT wether in could be a ver 41. problem usually show after completing a PM with a near empty toner bottle in machine.
