Bizhub 500 with error code

I have a bizhub 500 with an error code of C1102, does anyone know what this is?

C-1102 refers to the finisher (FS-511).
There is a problem with the finishers lift tray motor, or the sensor hasn't be activated/deactivated at the right time.

Does the finisher look all nice and straight and aligned ?
I had one which jumped a few teeth a while ago.

could also be activating the upper limit switch, cutting power to the lift motor
