Strange fault , the machine copys fine when you print it comes out with magenta lines , file is fine as test on various other models back at office. Weirdly prints ok via the USB on the machine

Also tried various different print drivers , BW prints are ok just affects colour jobs

    Thanks for the samples.

When copies and USB color jobs are fine, it is unlikely mechanical or something wrong in the print engine. Have you done a MM089, a full test on all colors? That will definitely tell a lot. Please post the MM089 if you have them.

Is it printing from only one computer? How's other color files from that computer. If other files are fine, could be a file/driver issue.

You mentioned other Print Drivers, have you specifically tried KPDL? (the KX driver has a switch in the driver window for KPDL).

I also would try other documents. I think that you'll find that it's something specific to that PC. Driver emulation is a simple thing to switch.

As an example, there is a bug in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer that makes white lines crossfeed at ~75mm intervals, when printing through a Toshiba driver. The same file opened in any other application prints fine. =^..^=

      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.

      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
