Canonr 5570 e004 problems

Hi all wonder if any one can shed any light on this I recently took over a call on a 5570 with random e004 codes I have checked all connectors and found no fault ,my fellow engineers have replaced the entire fuser assembly ,IH unit power supply,Dc controller ,AC and DC power supplys but still this machine throws up e004 10 or so times a day has anyone else come across this.

Fixing Heater PS PCB Assembly - FM2-3648-000
Also check the connector between the frame and tray 1. Could be bent up, damaged pins or cracked not giving you a good connection.
I would grab a voltage checker as well and monitor the line voltage coming off the outlet to make sure you are not getting any spikes or sags. This machine is picky that way and like clean power.
