TASKalfa 250ci: Background in color copy

    Hello everyone!
I have a 250ci that prints well enough.
In color copy instead (both up by both DP) prints a background gray / blue.
    The scanner is perfect.
I post the scan of a color copy.
    The firmware is v12.
I can not finish the 412 and Sim 410.
    Do you have any idea?
I think it is some tuning of the copy, but can not locate it.
I am grateful for any tips!
    Mauro

Have you checked developer density in U131 or primary charge rollers? Either one could cause this problem. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
