SC899 MP 3352SP

I have an MP 3352SP that is showing an SC 899.

I have updated all the firmware. After updating the firmware everything tested ok but when i was 20 minutes down the road when i got a phone call saying it had come back.

The service manual says to update GWFCU firmware to V3.00. This machine already had V6.00.

Any ideas?

The PCL firmware update is due around October for this model.

But you CAN get it early from Ricoh support on a case by case basis.
