RICOH SP1000SF Wait for init Card

Have a problem with a ricoh Sp 1000 it is hang up at all and Wait for init Card is in display is there a way to reset everything i dont have a manual

If you were changing toner, its asking for the SmartCard. If you were using the SmartCard, it is defective. I am not familiar with that exact message.

it is not a smartcard problem this maschine hangs up and is not doing anything.i have to reset it at all

You can reset to factory parameters with "down"># 0. But I dont recommend it unless you know what you're doing.

This Ricoh is from a friend of mi and he sad he have just do a factory reset There is now way to make it work Is There another possibility?
i dont anderstand wat this init Card means.Mayby its an brand init card to download the programm?
