    MP 3350-SC 819

    Hello friends,please help! I have MP 3350,after switching on it will show a message "Please Wait'' then it will give SC 819. I can not open also simulation 107.What shall i do, Please help. Thank You in advance.

    Sounds like there's a memory DIMM that's gone bad or loose. Try re-seating all the memory DIMMs then re-flash the firmware. If that doesn't do the trick then try replacing the memory.

      That's the controller board, I've had 3 do it. Replace it and you'll be fine.
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

            D019 5310 for the monochrome scanner, D020 5310 for the colour.

                NAND Flash Memory

                must the controller be replaced? Is it not possible that someone know how to reset the
                NAND Flash Memory on the controller board which is the cause of the problem?

                      Some 3350's don't come with hard disks. Updating the firmware won't cure the fault as the board failure makes the machine unresponsive to dip switch 1 being enabled, it will just code with SC672.
