    ERROR E7-11

hello guys i have a customer that has a ARM-207 copier, he says when he scans from the copier to sharpdesk he gets the error code E7-11, however making normal copies its ok, and copies with no problems, can someone help me shed some light on this problem please?thanks in advance.

Looks like no slurpee for you!!! LoL sorry couldn't resist.
      As stated above, flash it.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

The ARM207 must have the firmware upgraded as already stated by these esteemed gentlemen.

The MCU version must be v2.05 or higher.

If you still get the code on color scans (which I doubt), adjust the CCD height by half turn maximum, and ensure the mirror base is parallel with mirror B.
