i have change all elettrionic card with a used card but ther meter conuter are very high in this card
anyone kow how to reset meter counter in this model?
Three posts, and already you're asking for counter resets. Resetting total counters is unethical. Count me out. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I often do it with a sledgehammer, but you must be carefull to hit it at the right spot - I usually aim for the middle of the exposure glass. Use safety glasses, though. You wouldn't want not to be able to see the result.

I'm just an ex-tech lurking around and spreading disinformation!

Its in the same book as "how to roll back your odometer"
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
As suggested by the others, it is both illegal and counter productive.
If the Sharps are anything like other machines, then there should have been an NVRAM chip on the original boards that needed to be placed on the old boards. If you don't know about this, then I would suggest that you get a qualified tech to make the changes correctly.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
