    Staples, Office Depot to Delay Close of Merger on FTC Request

    "Staples Inc. and Office Depot Inc. said late Friday they will delay the closing of their merger to provide the Federal Trade Commission with additional information," reports MarketWatch . The two companies are delaying the closing of their tie-up for 45 calendar days.
